Shop worry-free!

Return & Exchange shipping is free within 30 days of the order ship date. That’s whether you are sending the item back or exchanging.

START by initiating a return or exchange request for your order, or an item from your order. Once it’s approved, we’ll issue a packing slip with instructions to your email.

Once you receive the prepaid packing slip, secure the item in its original (or other suitable) packaging and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Products may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of order ship date – FREE!

Shipping costs are flat rates, and are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

    1. If you have not logged in yet please do so.
    2. Visit your account page. 
    3. From your account page you will see a column on the left of the page where you can edit various account details.  
    4. Tap the link to the desired detail to edit.
    5. Don’t forget to save.

To Register for an account: 

  1. There is a registration/login link at the very top right of our site.  
  2. Tap the link. 
  3. Enter the required registration information in the spaces provided. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  4. Be sure to store your password in a safe place, such as digital wallet. 
  5. Tap the “Register” button.
  6. You are now registered.
  7. To activate your registration, check your email and confirm by tapping the link. Then you will be able to sign in to your Grind Life Athletics account. 

If you opted in to our newsletter, check your email for a seperate newsletter verification link.

  8. Enter your payment information on the payment form to the right of the checkout form
  9. Agree to the site’s Privacy & Terms
  10. Tap “Place Order” 
  11. Check your email for an order receipt and confirmation. You will later receive a tracking email when your product ships

All of our shipping methods provide tracking. Once your order(s) is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information – e.g. tracking number. Members can also see an order’s tracking information from the Order page.
