Grind Life Athletics is the operator of (https://www.grindlifeathletics.com/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund if needed.

Shipping Options, Processing, & Costs:

Shipping costs are flat rates and are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

Standard Shipping has an expected delivery of 6 -­ 12 business days.

We only ship to the USA, currently.

Over 97% of all items are shipped within 2 – 7 business days from the date of purchase, providing that the order is processed (i.e. there are no payment issues). Orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

However, please check the product page. The information on the product page supersedes any other shipping information.

Tracking Availability

Grind Life Athletics only uses shipping methods that provide tracking. However, for a circumstance that may be out of our control, we cannot guarantee tracking 100% of the time.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please contact us immediately at (800) 650-8038.

Order never arrived (or if you’re not sure and it may have been returned because it was unclaimed):

First, check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address once we’ve investigated and located the original order. However, you would be responsible for shipping costs.

Be sure to get in touch with us at customersupport@grindlifeathletics.com between 12 and 30 days after the shipping date if your order has not arrived. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at customersupport@grindlifeathletics.com, no later than three 30 days after the shipping date, making sure you have the order number. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.

Ordering Multiple Items:

Grind Life Athletics does not guarantee that all items will ship together. They may arrive separately. Also, shipping dates and delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee them. Some deliveries may arrive sooner or later than posted average delivery time. These estimates and your confirmed order estimate are subject to change. We will make every effort to let you know of all material changes.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the damaged parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for your next steps.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been processed. However, we do not make any guarantees that we will be able to change an address once you place an order on our site.

P.O. Box Shipping

Grind Life Athletics will ship to P.O. box addresses using the best courier available.

Operations

Our warehouses operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time our warehouses will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
