If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Shop Worry-free. Return & Exchange Shipping is FREE within 30 days of the order ship date. 

General Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was shipped within the last 30 days
  • The product was not worn or washed
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Join Now for easy access to order history on future purchases)
  • The product is being returned for one or more of the reasons stated in this policy.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return or exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product. If the same product isn’t available, Grind Life Athletics may offer a replacement at its sole discretion.

After approving a return or exchange request, we will send you a prepaid return label in your email.

Where this policy is concerned, a return and exchange are interchangeable.

Shipping

We’ll send you shipping instruction and your FREE return label by email within 24 – 48hrs after approval.

Print out the shipping label and securely affix it with postage tape to the package so that it can be easily read and scanned by the carrier. Be sure that any previous shipping label(s) is covered up completely.

Drop the package(s) off at the nearest carrier facility and we’ll let you know when we receive the shipment.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned if they meet the standards of this policy.

Damaged or defective items: 

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or defective, please initiate a return immediately.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

If you’re unhappy with the product you’ve received, first verify the size on the product tag and be sure that it matches what’s on the packing slip and in your order history. Though rare, it’s possible that the product was mislabeled. Please, let us know by initiating a refund. It will help us improve our fulfillment process.

Also, please be sure to care for the product according to the care instructions on the product page and the care tag on the garment. Please pay special attention to cotton garments and keep out of high heat dryers, and spandex and keep away from velcro. Though rare, if the product care instructions are inaccurate please let us by initiating a refund.

If none of these are the case, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Refunds

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be initiated immediately and should arrive in your account within 2 business days. We will notify you via email once this is completed. If the product does not meet the above criteria for return, then we may not accept your return or process a refund.

*Grind Life Athletics will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid unless:

  • shipping has been paid by the customer,

and,

  • the product is damaged/defective

or,

  • you select store coupon as the refund method. (Note: product refunds and shipping refunds may be separate refunds in this case.)

*Grind Life Athletics will NOT return items sent to us, which are not approved or shipped with our free shipping label. These items will be donated through our usual charity if possible or discarded.

Grind Life Athletics will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the stated time of the warranty being claimed. Most of our products come with our Grind Guarantee – a FREE 30 Day return period. See exceptions below.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Grind Life Athletics to process your claim within 14 business days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  1. a refund to your payment method
  2. a refund to your in-store coupon
  3. a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Replacements

Grind Life Athletics may not issue refunds or replacements for products that never arrive.

Items That May Not Be Returned or Refunded

  1. Non-defective products and apparel
  2. Opened or used underwear
  3. Opened or used swimwear
  4. Water bottles
  5. Gift cards

By purchasing from our online store you accept this Return policy and acknowledge that Grind Life Athletics, after first receiving the return, will determine if a refund or exchange will be processed. And we may deny a refund or exchange for any reason listed above. Also, Grind Life Athletics may change or alter this policy without prior notice and at any time. 

By purchasing from our online store you also agree that, at the sole discretion of Grind Life Athletics, we may deem a customer as being a “serial returner”, meaning that they return an excessive amount of products and may never have intended to own them. Grind Life Athletics may refuse returns without further consideration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
