*Grind Life Athletics has one “subscription” email address: subscribers@grindlifeathletics.com. It’s used for our newsletter, ads, and other notifications for all subscribers. Any other email address is used for customer service and does not send “subscription” emails.  

1. At the bottom of any newsletter email from Grind Life Athletics (subscribers@grindlifeathletics.com) there is an unsubscribe link. This link unsubscribes the user from all newsletters, immediately.
2. Tap the link, wait for the confirmation page to load, and that’s it.
3. If you just want to change your notification topics or edit your profile, use the “Update Profile” link from any newsletter email.

*As a part of our membership services, all members are automatically subscribed to the “Membership Notices” email list. These are customer service emails.

To delete your Grind Life Athletics store account: 

1. Login to your account and visit your Account Page 
2. Go to the bottom of your account page
3. Click the “Delete Account” link
4. Confirm

*This action cannot be performed during an ongoing transaction such as a purchase or a return. Please wait until after all transactions are completed.
